Coming down nicely however, we are having a bit of a bash tomorrow night to celebrate the end of a cold and miserable winter with friends. We kept it simple and its BYO drinks and chip in for pizza, yes cheap I know but it's a cheap night out afterall.

So as I am the host of the event it would be rude of me not to partake in the pizza, which I have not had now for 6 months or so. So this should lead to some interesting results. So pizza and low casrb beer will be the damage.

I predict the same weight for Sunday morning as Saturday. The reason for this will be the alcohol acting as a directic, so the actual weight change effect will be hidden for a day or so. Monday will see me up to around 89.00kg and things should be back to todays weight by next Thursday-Friday.
 

 
All is good. Eating more salads at present, not those low fat anorexic ones, full fat and full of meat. The scallap salad for lunch today was devine. Seems to be working well.

Another new low finally. The last few kg's will be the hardest for sure. Determination and consistancy is the key. Patience grasshopper!
